The total duration of course is 5½ years distributed as follow:-

NOTE: Rotatory Internship is compulsory and degree will be awarded only after completing the internship satisfactory.
The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) will apply to admission for BAMS courses from the academic year. Guidelines of government in this regards will be followed.
Syllabus and all the guidelines of teaching for BAMS course will be followed according to the norms of central council that is NCISM (National Commission for Indian Systems of Medicine).
Examinations will be conducted by Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University, Gorakhpur.
